Units range from 1BR/2BA (about 1,037 square feet) to 4BR/4BA (about 2,100 square feet), with the 2BR at 1,442 square feet being the most common layout. Underground covered parking with elevator access and storage lockers for bikes and beach supplies comes standard — a meaningful upgrade over the surface-lot parking at many oceanfront buildings. The beach boardwalk has showers at the access point, and trash chutes on every floor are a small but frequently praised convenience. Guest reviews of renovated Windsor Court units are exceptional. But quality varies significantly by unit, as owners renovate on their own timelines. The active renovation cycle across many units — luxury vinyl plank flooring, granite countertops, new appliances — is an encouraging trend. As a Palmetto Dunes property on Hilton Head Island, you get the full resort package: three championship golf courses, 47 tennis and pickleball courts with two free hours daily, the 11-mile lagoon for kayaking, and the free Dunes Buggy shuttle to Shelter Cove. A window replacement project runs through spring 2026, so check construction schedules before booking.
