But unit quality varies enormously, and the window replacement project (through April 2026) means scaffolding and construction noise. The 4BR units at $2,500,000+ signal high-end owners who invest in quality.
Getting around: Moderate within PD. Beach and Dunes House walkable. Most dining/shopping requires Dunes Buggy or bike. 5 miles PD bike paths connect to 50 miles island-wide.
