Our take on Windsor Court: One of the best-amenitied buildings in Palmetto Dunes with two pools, a playground, covered parking, and storage lockers — and the renovated units earn genuinely glowing reviews. But unit quality varies enormously, and the window replacement project (through April 2026) means scaffolding and construction noise. The 4BR units at $2,500,000+ signal high-end owners who invest in quality.
