Trade-off is the early-1980s building means finish quality varies unit-to-unit — pick the right unit and you get a renovated 3BR with marina-village walkability; pick wrong and you get an original-era kitchen.

Getting around: Excellent — top-tier walkability inside Sea Pines. Salty Dog, marina village, racquet club, general store all within a 2-minute walk. Bike paths to Harbour Town (~8 min) and Sea Pines Beach Club (~10 min). Only Beachside Tennis Villas matches this walkability score in the portfolio.
