Units range from 1BR/2BA (about 1,037 square feet) to 4BR/4BA (about 2,100 square feet), with the 2BR at 1,442 square feet being the most common layout. Underground covered parking with elevator access and storage lockers for bikes and beach supplies comes standard — a meaningful upgrade over the surface-lot parking at many oceanfront buildings. The beach boardwalk has showers at the access point, and trash chutes on every floor are a small but frequently praised convenience.
