With just 64 villas offering 2BR and 3BR layouts, it delivers a private, uncrowded experience that larger complexes simply cannot match. Every unit has an ocean view, a full kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and private decks — the living room and master bedroom both open to outdoor space, maximizing ocean breezes and views.
The private oceanfront pool is the key differentiator. Reserved exclusively for Sea Cloisters owners and guests, it stays dramatically less crowded than resort pools shared by hundreds of units. A separate kiddie pool, a hot tub, and large sundecks with semi-tropical landscaping surround the pool area, which sits just on the other side of the dunes from the beach. Ten lighted tennis courts on-site provide serious racquet sport access — a rare amenity for a complex this size. The beach here is wide and sandy with gently breaking surf, and because there is no public beach access point nearby, the stretch in front of Sea Cloisters stays quiet.
The 3BR units have all bedrooms on the same level, which families appreciate — no chasing toddlers up and down stairs. Free parking for two vehicles per unit with no passes or fees required. The trade-off is location. Folly Field has limited walkability — there is no morning coffee shop, restaurant, or store within walking distance. Coligny Plaza is 2-3 miles south and Shelter Cove about 3 miles away, so you will need a car for groceries and dining.
