    South Beach Marina Village is 2 minutes from both buildings. Tower Beach, the racquet club, and the General Store are all on foot. You can do a long weekend without starting the car.
  • Bike
    The Sea Pines path network connects South Beach to Harbour Town (~8 min), the Beach Club (~10 min), and the Forest Preserve. Many BTV/SBV rentals include bikes; if not, the marina village rents them.
  • Free Trolley

About 8–10 restaurants inside the gates. Enough for a long weekend; a full week will have you venturing off-plantation for variety.

Harbour Town

  • Quarterdeck — Seafood and southern classics next to the lighthouse. The rooftop oyster bar has some of the best sunset views on the island.
  • Harbourside — Family-friendly outdoor dining along the marina. American classics with front-row lighthouse views.
  • Links, an American Grill — Clubhouse dining for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Popular with golfers.

Beach Club

  • Coast, Oceanfront Dining — The most upscale option within Sea Pines. Fresh seafood with Atlantic Ocean views.
  • Ocean Lounge — Cocktails and an extensive bourbon selection with ocean views.

South Beach

  • Salty Dog Cafe — Everyone goes at least once. Waterfront, live music, cold beer, solid seafood. The t-shirt is basically an HHI souvenir requirement.
  • The Wreck — Same marina, less of a wait. Good when the Salty Dog line is 45 minutes deep on a Saturday in July.
  • Jake's Pizza — Fast, no-fuss, feeds hungry kids in 15 minutes.

8-10 restaurants is enough for a long weekend but can feel repetitive over a full week. For more variety, head to Coligny Plaza or Shelter Cove — both are a 15-20 minute drive from Sea Pines.
