Our take on South Beach Club: Best location-to-amenity combo in our portfolio for couples and small families: oceanfront pool, two-minute walk to Salty Dog and the marina, sunset views over the sound. Trade-off is the early-1980s building means finish quality varies unit-to-unit — pick the right unit and you get a renovated 3BR with marina-village walkability; pick wrong and you get an original-era kitchen.
