Captain's Walk is a low-rise oceanfront villa complex tucked inside Palmetto Dunes on Hilton Head Island, offering a quieter, more intimate beach experience than the larger mid-rise buildings nearby. The ground-floor units feel like you are living at beach level — a few steps from the balcony to the landscaped grounds, then the pool, then the sand. The beach in front of Captain's Walk stays quiet and uncrowded because there is no public access point nearby — a real advantage over the busier Forest Beach locations.

Getting around: Moderate within PD (bike-path connected). NOT walkable to Coligny, Forest Beach restaurants, or full-service grocery. Car recommended for off-resort needs. Free Dunes Buggy shuttle to Shelter Cove.
