Our take on Hampton Place: The most thoughtfully designed building in Palmetto Dunes with genuinely larger units, better ceilings, and more on-site amenities than its neighbors. But unit quality still varies by owner investment — renovated units get 5-star reviews while dated ones with 20-year-old furniture get 1-2 stars. The covered garage, private gym, and step-free beach access are real differentiators.
