Our take on Island Club — Neptune: Neptune is the smaller of the Island Club's two whole-ownership oceanfront buildings (the 4000s). Same 1975 resort, same amenities and quiet Folly Field beach as Atlantis — and the same caveat: renovation quality varies unit to unit, so lean on the room-by-room rating, not the address. Bring a car for dining.
