Our take on Island Club — Atlantis: Island Club is a 1975 oceanfront community that trades walkable dining for calm, space, and a quieter north-island beach. It's amenity-rich (multiple pools, a serious tennis/pickleball center, gated security), but it's an older community where renovation quality varies a lot building-to-building and unit-to-unit — so on this beach the per-unit Coastal Villas rating matters more than the address. Bring a car; dining and groceries are a short drive.
