Our take on Shorewood: Best walkability of any building in the portfolio with a genuinely impressive pool complex (zero-entry saltwater, hot tub, kiddie pool), but unit quality varies more dramatically here than almost anywhere else — beautifully renovated units sit next to ones stuck in the 1980s. The 2024 infrastructure upgrades (roof, HVAC, elevators) show the building is investing in itself.
